Indigenous Cultural Awareness Training

- Cost: $124 for members, $140 for non-members
This full day training seminar is designed to provide participants with practical understanding for working with the Victorian Indigenous community. This course is a great opportunity for EWB volunteers and other interested parties to expand their knowledge in this area!

Appropriate Technology Workshop
- Date: October 8
- Time: 10am -5pm
- Location: CERES Training Centre, corner of Stewart St and Roberts St, Brunswick East
At the 2011 Appropriate Technology Workshop you will get hands on experience in simple and appropriate tools to improve peoples’ lives, health and productivity. We will build simple, appropriate ways to filter & purify water and build more efficient stoves to disinfect that water (and, possibly cook our lunch - if not, there will be delicious sandwiches and tasty treats provided!)
Places are extremely limited (to 20) and are for EWB members only so don’t hold off on this one, they’ll be snapped up super fast!
