Upcoming Event: Trivia Fundraising Event

EWB's annual fundraising event is approaching, with this years trivia night taking place on the 26th of August at the rustic Fitzroy Town Hall. 


The theme is bush, so please come dressed in your appropriate Blundstone attire. Like all things here at EWB, honesty is the best policy, so those seen procuring the trivia answers via a Blackberry will be frowned upon, and may be invited up onto the stage and quizzed on the varying compounds of the periodic elements! 
  • Tickets cost $35 for students and $50 for professionals, and include dinner and some drinks (there is also a bar for those who would like a few more...)
  • Tables of 10 can be purchased at the discounted rate of $450.

    So come celebrate the Australian bush and EWB, get intellectual with your colleagues and friends, and be ready for the best and only Bush Bash Trivia Fundraising Night of 2011! Start getting your tables together and we will open up the payment in the next week, (based on previous EWB Trivia Nights) the tickets will not  last long.


    Trivia questions will cover a breadth of subjects, for example:
    • When KCl is put into solution and a slight current is added, what precipitates form at the cathode and anode?
    • In the Harry Potter series, what do Hermione's parents do for a profession?
    • What metropolitan Metlink train line would one need to take in order to arrive at Diggers Rest train station?
    • True or False: is James Fitzgerald part werewolf?
